How does this work? What does a typical schedule look like?

Hiring me as your postpartum doula typically starts with an initial meeting where we can discuss your needs and expectations. We can meet at a location that’s convenient for you, and I’ll listen carefully to understand your unique situation and how I can best support you.

If you decide to move forward, I’ll schedule a follow-up meeting at your home to finalize the details and get a better sense of your environment.

My typical schedule involves working with you multiple times a week in 4-hour shifts, between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. I will be there as long as you need, and we’ll work together to determine your anticipated needs and adjust the schedule as required. Flexibility is key, as I understand that needs can change throughout the postpartum period.

What are your rates?

It all starts with the initial meeting, and then the follow-up meeting. These are both done at no charge.

My postpartum doula services are billed at an hourly rate of $35 per hour, with no minimum number of hours required. This means you only pay for the time I spend with you, whether it's a few hours or more. In addition to the hourly rate, I require a retainer fee of $200, which secures your spot on my calendar. The retainer is applied toward your total balance for services rendered.

I aim to keep things simple and transparent, so you can feel confident in knowing exactly what to expect with my rates.

Nurturing mothers, empowering their journey.
